Returns Information

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. We cannot accept wigs that have been worn, sprayed, styled or smell of perfume or smoke. Please make sure your wig is not left in a room where people smoke.

If your goods are not returned in an acceptable condition we will not be able to issue a refund and the goods will be returned back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items where it is apparent that these conditions have not been met.

Returns from you

"Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods in which to cancel this order. Cancellation may be made by phone or email".

You will have received your rights to cancel via automated e-mail.

You, the consumer will be responsible for paying for the returned goods, we recommend that a receipt of postage by the Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery.

1. Please return the wig/hairpiece in the same condition as when it was received by you ie, do not expose the wig/hairpiece to strong smells such as perfume, smoke and strong food smells
2. When sending your return we would ask that the goods are sent back in the original packaging, with the HANG TAG attached and not cut.
3. Any spray, shampoo or similar product must be un-used.
4. Please include the delivery note with the returned item – this will allow us to process your refund much more quickly.

As long as the returned item(s) complies with the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be granted a full refund. Your refund will be made as soon as the product has been received back and checked over. Once we are satisfied that it has been returned in the condition in which it was sent the refund will be processed and refunded to the card from which you made the payment.

Our Merchant Bank commits to process this payment within 2 working days however after that the period the time taken to get to your bank account will be subject to your card issuing bank. Please note it can take up to 10 days.

We are unable to offer credit notes

Send your return via the Royal Mail, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit. You should keep this certificate until you have received your refund or replacement.

Cancelling an order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service team on the following number, or email us, stating the order number and giving your clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us at the following address:

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

Changing an order

Can I change an order that I've already placed on the website?
